It’s here! The first official Vulcan Buddha book.

It’s called The Serenity to Stop Caring How Other People Park, with the ungainly subtitle: 10 Steps to Beating Back Stress and Becoming a Better You by Next Month. (Forgive me, nobody likes keywords as much as a search engine.)

The goal of the book is pretty bold, but the strategy is simple. It aims to give you the tools you need to become a happier, more focused, more productive person one day at a time, through a series of (hopefully) easy-to-follow exercises.
